Business Analyst
The interview process was quite manageable. It didn't involve many technical questions, leaning more towards behavioral ones. They were particularly interested in how I used the specific tools they employ and my experience working within a team. There were also numerous questions assessing overall fit.
- Can you describe your experience using Power BI professionally?
- In your professional experience, how have you utilized Power BI?

Human Resources
It was a quick process. The recruiter was very helpful. First, there was a phone call where they asked some high-level questions. Then, I had a second round, an onsite interview with two senior managers, which was very relaxed. The team had to play in a tournament and they had a great game against them in a very competitive atmosphere with the players in front and they had to be able and we had to win it all the time so it wasn’t that difficult for them and we were very happy to play against each team.
- Why are you a good fit for this position?
District Manager
The interview process went smoothly, and communication was clear from both recruiting and the onsite team. The hiring manager and panel interviewers were experienced and enthusiastic about the company, sharing insights into its direction. The questions were direct and prioritized cultural fit over deep technical knowledge. A slight drawback was the interaction with the regional VP, whose attitude seemed different – distant and dismissive compared to the rest of the team. The final meeting with the VP was a superficial resume review, much like an initial recruiter call, without exploring leadership or management styles in detail. A particularly odd moment was when the VP abruptly ended the discussion, saying they had a good impression despite only a cursory review of my resume. Despite this, the overall experience with the WM team was positive, with professional and welcoming staff. However, bringing in new leadership perspectives at the senior level could be beneficial for the company.

Customer Service Representative
I put in my application online on 10/26. Someone reached out about a first interview sometime between then and the next Thursday. That first interview was pretty quick but they told me what the job was all about. They also asked about my past work experience and how I'd deal with certain scenarios. During that same call, they scheduled my next interview for the week after, which would be in person with my supervisor. The second interview lasted about 45 minutes, and it was also pretty straightforward and chill, with around 10 questions that ranged from hypothetical situations to my personal or professional background related to getting tasks done. I heard back about a job offer about 2 to 3 days later. So, from when I first applied to getting the offer, it took about two weeks.
- Can you detail the most technically challenging project you've completed?
- Could you describe a time you felt overloaded with work and explain how you managed it?
