I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After responding, there was a delay before the first interview, which was a short phone screening where they mentioned the average salary range. Next, I interviewed with my potential boss and another leader, who asked some unusual questions. The final interview was with the director and it went well. A few days later, the recruiter informed me I got the job. However, the initial salary offer was lower than expected and non-negotiable. After I declined, they later increased the offer. It's been a week, and I still haven't received the updated offer letter. My overall experience with the company wasn't great; I felt misled, even though I was initially drawn to their sustainability values. Be prepared to negotiate salary as they tend to lowball offers.

It was a standard tiered process. Started with HR screening, then a 1st level Manager, followed by Management Teams and a VP. It felt like way too many people to interview with for an entry level position. It was a fishing experience, they were more interested in my previous employer than me. Then they decided to go in a different direction with the job. Companies shouldn't do this kind of false advertisement for openings; potential employees should be paid for their time and cost over the 3 month time frame.

The interview process can be quite lengthy. Sometimes they post jobs and then don't end up filling them. HR ultimately decides when jobs get filled. They're always on time with paychecks! The interview questions are fair, and the people are nice.
