The interview process was in 3 sessions. One with the human resources department, one with the hiring department, one with the team lead. It took almost a month to start. You have to undergo a background check. You have to take and pass a personality test.

I had a one-on-one in-person interview with the manager that lasted about an hour. They said I'd hear back within a week, but I never did. I followed up a week later and the recruiter said I'd hear back in another two weeks. Still nothing after four weeks. Seems like they ghost candidates if they don't get an offer.
