I put in my application online on 10/26. Someone reached out about a first interview sometime between then and the next Thursday. That first interview was pretty quick but they told me what the job was all about. They also asked about my past work experience and how I'd deal with certain scenarios. During that same call, they scheduled my next interview for the week after, which would be in person with my supervisor. The second interview lasted about 45 minutes, and it was also pretty straightforward and chill, with around 10 questions that ranged from hypothetical situations to my personal or professional background related to getting tasks done. I heard back about a job offer about 2 to 3 days later. So, from when I first applied to getting the offer, it took about two weeks.

I interviwed for the position. Great work history. Many years of call center experience. The job went to a younger, less experienced person. I have contacted an attorney. This is blatant age discrimination
