Analyst
The interviews for this technical role were very quick and high-level. The take-home assessment was quite general, and the questions about it felt random. All scheduling and communication happened via a chatbot that didn't work properly for replies or questions. The recruiter barely communicated, and no feedback was given when I was rejected.
- Could you share some information about yourself?
Marketing Manager
Got contacted by an automated recruiter. Then had interviews with the manager, a senior manager, managers from other departments, and then the director. It all took about a month, and I got the offer a week after the last interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- How do you handle being asked to do multiple things at once and how do you adapt when things change?
- What was a project that went well, and what was one you learned from?
Manager, Change Enablement
First, an automated bot reached out to schedule the interview, and I picked available times. The bot sent reminders, which was great. For the second interview, I had a conflict, but the bot didn't offer other options. I emailed my first interviewer, and she was super helpful, suggesting a few other times. The questions were pretty standard, though the first interview felt a bit deeper than a typical phone screen. It was sometimes tricky because some questions were like two or three questions rolled into one, but the interviewers were cool about it, and the conversation flowed well. Both interviewers were really smart, nice, and clearly kind people.
- Can you share some of your experience with change, including the nature of the change, its results, and your part in it?
- What methods have you used to build change capability previously, and how do you measure the success of your change enablement efforts?
- How do you determine when training is necessary?
Human Resources
The interview process started with a phone screen and then included one or more video interviews, which were pretty standard. I enjoyed meeting the people, they were all friendly and I'd consider applying again, however, the way they handle rejections is tough on candidates. You spend several hours preparing for and interviewing with potential future coworkers, only to receive an automated rejection (via text message) from "Olivia", their online careers chatbot. It would be great to get a more personal rejection from the recruiter or coordinator, especially when a candidate progresses far in the hiring process.
