Had three interviews total. The first was virtual, mostly an intro and some basic questions with the direct hiring manager. The second was a virtual panel interview with three directors. The third was in person with the VP. The second and third interviews were pretty structured and had some very detailed questions.

It was 4 separate interviews plus team lunch making it an incredibly long day. I appreciated meeting other teams this role would be working with, but it seemed overkill at times. Some teams did not seem prepared or super engaged to be part of the interview process.

Applied online and heard back in a few days from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Finished the phone interview and then was asked to answer a couple questions via video. The video had 4 generic questions to answer that didn't ask me to cover anything about the position or my experience. Took over a week to hear back after I finished the video assignment and was finally told via email they wanted to pursue other candidates more qualified for the position. Next step would have been in person interview. Overall very odd experience. Wasn't asked much about my experience and work background.
