Got contacted by an automated recruiter. Then had interviews with the manager, a senior manager, managers from other departments, and then the director. It all took about a month, and I got the offer a week after the last interview.

I had an initial interview in early February with an internal recruiter. It went well and they said to expect a second round. After a few weeks of no updates despite me reaching out, I finally scheduled an interview with the hiring manager for early March. This was a video interview and the manager was late. It also went well and they said to expect a follow-up. A week later, with no word from either the manager or recruiter, I reached out again. After more attempts and three weeks of silence, they scheduled a series of video interviews for mid-April. I ended up interviewing with 7 people over two blocks of time, totaling 3.5 hours, meeting the whole team. I thought these went well too and waited for the next step. A week passed with no news, so I contacted the recruiter again. They said they were still coordinating and would reply by week's end. Still no response a week later. I reached out again and got a generic rejection email saying they were going with another candidate and thanked me for my time, suggesting I check job boards. The whole process took 3 months, and the only feedback I got required multiple follow-ups, which felt unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time.

The interview process involved two phone calls and then an in-person re-interview that had two more rounds with different people. The recruiter was terrible, always needing follow-ups. They weren't even in the office during a snowstorm when I showed up, but I was still expected to be there. After a week, I had to ask for feedback and got an automated rejection. I had to ask again for another week to find out they hired someone internally, even though they had me travel cross-country at my own expense and never mentioned the internal candidate. Don't bother applying. If you're already in the company and have experience, you'll get the job. If you have lots of experience but are external, you won't.
