The interview process took a while to get responses, and after 3 rounds, the position was put on hold. During the client round, I was asked to wait, but I didn't hear back for 3 weeks. It's a good company, but the interview process was too long. The recruiters were really good and responded immediately.

The interviewers and HR were nice and friendly, they tried to make us as comfortable as possible throughout the process. The difficulty really depends on your interviewer. Some of my friends were asked extremely basic questions like bubble sort and Fibonacci series, while others including me got harder questions. They asked questions from DBMS, OS and DS as well HR questions. One programming question was mandatory and we were required to solve it. We also had a Group discussion/debate after the interview.

The interview process was really disorganized. After interviewing with UST, I contacted HR for feedback. Initially, I was told feedback hadn't been received. I waited a few days, then a week, and then a whole month, but still got no proper response from HR. Eventually, they said the feedback was lost and they weren't moving forward. It was pretty shocking to see such an unorganized process from a well-known organization.

The interview went pretty smooth. The interviewer was very kind. It started with a self-introduction and then moved on to projects. The interviewer asked specific details about the projects, like the MySQL version and Spring Boot version. Later, about 15 minutes of the interview were spent on behavioral questions. Then, a DSA question was asked, where I explained the approach very clearly and wrote down the problem, followed by some Java-based questions.
