The recruiter called me on a Saturday, but I missed it. I emailed back quickly, but didn't hear back. I followed up Monday and he said he'd call the next day, but he didn't. A couple days later I reached out again, and he replied right away saying he'd call tomorrow, but again, no call. It was disappointing to see such unprofessionalism.

I interviewed for a Java role. There were three rounds in total. The first round was a technical interview that also included a coding test. The second round was a client interview, which again had a coding test and technical discussion covering Java, Spring, microservices, and CI/CD. The final round was a meeting with a Senior Manager where we discussed my past projects and some general scenarios.

The interview process was very friendly. The first round is technical, and you'll only pass if you have direct experience with the specific feature or technology. Instead of direct questions, they present scenarios and expect you to react. The interviewers value innovation, believing there are multiple ways to solve a problem. They encourage sharing your unique perspectives rather than sticking to traditional methods. The second round involves a manager and a technical process similar to the first tech round.
