Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really disorganized. After interviewing with UST, I contacted HR for feedback. Initially, I was told feedback hadn't been received. I waited a few days, then a week, and then a whole month, but still got no proper response from HR. Eventually, they said the feedback was lost and they weren't moving forward. It was pretty shocking to see such an unorganized process from a well-known organization.

The process started with a technical interview from a panel, covering general project topics, C# .NET Core, and databases. A managerial round was held if needed. Finally, there was an HR discussion about salary, but communication ceased after the offer, with no follow-up for recruited candidates.

A friend referred me to the company, and the hr person reached out soon after to schedule an interview for the next week. The interview itself went well, and the interviewer was nice and listened well. I got the job offer, and we even sorted out salary details over the phone. It was a really smooth experience overall.
