Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied on Linkedin and got a quick response from HR for a phone interview. My CV was sent to a colleague, and I got scheduled for a second interview, this time in English, which went well. The Unit Manager liked my profile and wanted to present me to the customer. Five days later, someone contacted me saying the customer wanted an interview, which we planned for the next week. However, 24 hours before the scheduled interview, the same person informed me that the customer canceled and rejected my application without explanation. This was frustrating, especially since I was told I would receive feedback. UST needs to improve its professionalism, customer relationships, and candidate management. It's better to reject early than to create false hope.

The interview started off great with a friendly hello and introduction from the interviewer, which made things feel pretty relaxed. They seemed really on top of things, super knowledgeable and prepared. The interview itself was direct and to the point, no weird tangents or anything. I never felt awkward, which was a big plus. It wrapped up nicely with them thanking me for my time. Overall, a pretty smooth and professional chat.
