It was a very simple process, I had just one interview and got an offer letter shortly after. They described the job duties and some requirements. They asked generic questions, and the interviewer was very friendly. They didn't ask any curveball questions.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you share an instance where you resolved an issue?

I applied through college and there were 3 rounds. The first was an aptitude round, which was the main one to get into UST. It had 2 code fixing and 2 code solving questions, plus some MCQs. Only 15 out of 300+ students made it to the second round, which was an English Communication Online test and it was easy. The third round was a technical round, also easy to crack. They asked questions about our projects based on our resume, and also about OOPs, DBMS, and some basic programs like reversing a string. This round was in person at the UST office in Shantiniketan, Bengaluru. 12 of us were selected for the 3rd round, and 11 attended. We all cleared and got into UST. Happy with UST.
- code fixing and solving 4 questions and some MCQs
- english communication
- project based questions and some oops concepts
Process Associate
The interview process started with a 45-minute technical round over the phone. I was asked questions about capital markets, money markets, financial instruments, accountancy, journal entries, and the differences between GAAP and IFRS. Some situational questions were also included. The next round was a management round where they asked about the company, why I want to work at UST, and why I'm interested in this particular job. Finally, there was an HR round focused on salary negotiation.
- Questions about the capital market and financial instruments.
