Manual Tester
The interview process was an online aptitude test which was a general technical round, followed by questions on manual testing concepts. Then there was an HR round where salary was discussed, followed by an offer letter and LOI. They also asked about joining location preference and flexible work-life balance.

QA Lead
It was an easy interview process that happened at a conference. It was mostly behavioral questions, but I expect the second round would have been more technical. The interview was paced well and didn't feel too stressful overall.
- Can you describe a situation where you had a conflict with someone?
QA Engineer
The interview process for the One Network project was a bit different because it involved working at the client's location. First, there was a written test with Xpanxion, followed by a technical interview with them. Then, we had another written test, this time for One Network, and a technical interview with One Network as well. After that, there was a technical interview with the Onsite Project Manager/Director from OneNetwork. Finally, there was an HR Round with Xpanxion, and then a Project Heads Up with Xpanxion.
- Could you explain the difference between smoke testing and sanity testing?
- Can you describe different software testing techniques?
- Provide examples of Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence partitioning.
