It was unprofessional. I got an interview call letter and joined on time, but nobody joined even after 10 minutes. I called the recruiter, but there was no response. After that, I got another email showing a different time on the same day for the interview. I joined at that time, and after a few minutes, one person joined and sat silently. I asked him about the interview, and I was surprised because he was also an interview candidate who joined for the interview. I just dropped out of the call and sent an email to the HR team. After a few hours, I got another invite link to join the call. I joined, and after 5 minutes, one person joined in a heavy noise surrounding and asked questions not related to the job description and said they need people with more experience than me. It's a very unprofessional way for the recruitment procedure at UST.
