I went through the Unisys internship interview process via campus placement. First, there was an online test with aptitude, logic, and basic coding questions. Those who passed moved on to an interview where they asked basic Python, programming fundamentals, and problem-solving questions. The interviewers were nice and it felt comfortable. They wanted to see if I knew basic coding and could think logically, not super hard stuff. The whole thing was smooth and organized, good for freshers to show their tech basics and communication.

We've got a three-stage interview process lined up. First off, you'll have two technical interviews to really check out your skills. Then, there's a managerial round, mainly to see how well you can communicate, lead, and solve problems, which is super important for this role.

The first round was with the Technical Lead, the second with the Service Delivery Manager, the third was an onsite interview with the Manager, and the fourth was an HR round. We'll be working in a hybrid environment, with 3 days required in the office.

I interviewed for Junior IT system Administrator at Unisys and had a structured interview process. The first round was a panel interview with four interviewers. They seemed engaged and gave positive feedback, saying they were happy with my answers and that the next step would be a final round with the client the following week. But after the expected timeline passed, I had to follow up myself because there was no communication about the next steps. Unfortunately, I heard nothing for several weeks. Eventually, over a month later, I got an email saying they decided to go in a different direction. I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Unisys, but the long delay in communication and lack of timely updates made the experience not ideal. A more transparent and responsive process would really improve things for candidates.
