First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Unisys.
Service Desk Analyst
The interview at Unisys was quite a marathon, really long. I had to get through a bunch of different tests and chats. It was a good test of my technical skills, but also my patience and ability to stay focused. Even though it was tiring, it was good because they were really thorough and I got a good sense of what the job is about and what they expect.
- What is your motivation for joining Unisys, and what insights do you have about our company?
Service Desk Analyst
The interview process is quite critical and situational, which is understandable given it's a BPO company. It's a professional interview, and the questions are designed to gauge your personal capabilities.
- Suppose you've been with the company for a year and decide to resign, what reason would you provide for leaving?
Help Desk Analyst
I applied online on a Friday and the next Monday got an email from a recruiter. We talked about my resume, why I was leaving my old job, and they told me more about the role. The recruiter sent my resume to the hiring manager. The next day, I was set up for a phone interview that Thursday. The interview went great and within 10 minutes of finishing, the recruiter emailed saying she spoke with the hiring manager and they wanted to schedule a second interview with her and the team for the next Monday. Two hours after that second interview, I got a call from the recruiter with a job offer. Everyone made this a comfortable experience.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What would be your priority in your first days on the job?
- How would you handle situations concerning quality?
