The interview process at Tsys can be a bit unpredictable. Some interviewers don't seem very engaged and ask only a few questions, which makes it tough to really show what you can do. Even after confirming I could be heard, there wasn't much of a response. Overall, it felt like the process wasn't very interactive and didn't really dig deep to evaluate my skills.

  • Can you describe the architecture of Playwright?
  • What are the reasons for choosing Playwright instead of Selenium?

The interview process wasn't too tough. They asked about what fraud is and its various forms. I was also asked about my knowledge of tsys and my strengths. The interview felt really relaxed, pretty much like a conversation with just one interviewer. Even though I usually get super anxious before interviews, I wouldn't have stressed if I'd known this one would be so chill.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you explain what fraud is and describe the different types?
  • What is your understanding of tsys?
  • Could you tell me about your strengths?

The interview process was a bit all over the place. First, there was an online technical MCQ round. Then, a technical interview where the interviewer seemed really busy, doing it while working. They asked about Java and OOP, connecting it to my project. The last round was an HR round, super short, like 10 minutes. They mentioned that if you were on the fence, another round might happen. They don't really stick to a standard process and might have anywhere from 3 to 5 rounds in total. They also didn't say anything about a PPO offer.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain what OOP is?
  • Can you tell me about the technology used in your college project?

It was my on-campus internship drive. First, there was a general aptitude test with mixed questions, and a majority of students didn't pass. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Those who didn't qualify after the first round were sent back. Out of 70 students, 18 passed through to the HR round. The next day, we had the manager round. The result is still pending. In the manager round, we were supposed to be asked general questions related to leadership quality, but it turned out to be technical. The manager conducting the interview was from a different domain. This happened to all students; they were asked questions about DevOps, Cloud, and Frontend, even though they didn't know these things.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Technical questions about your resume and basic programming questions (SQL, DSA, Java, Core Java)
  • Basic questions about your studies and where you live
  • General questions about leadership quality
