I went through a consultancy for this role. They said to apply for Test Analyst -2, even though I'm a senior tester. The first online test started 3 hours after I got to the venue, and the results took another 1.5 hours. I felt I answered most questions correctly, but because I pointed out issues with how they managed the whole process, it didn't work out. There were about 5-6 openings, and they called around 150-175 people for the same job. It was a complete waste of my day with this pathetic interview process. On top of that, there were only 28 systems for testing, but almost 300 applicants for testing and Java dev roles. It's not right to call so many people when you lack the infrastructure. One of the HR people was really rude, almost shouting at people waiting at reception. The arrangements were terrible, the cafeteria was bad, and the water dispensers were broken and dirty. Snacks were also there, poorly managed. It's wrong to mislead people in the name of an interview. Be careful if you're considering interviewing with this company.

The interview process started with a telephonic interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. They asked average and scenario-based questions. The second round was a management round, covering both technical and management aspects. They look for employees with a good attitude, who are self-driven, good at communication, team players, result-oriented, have a proactive approach to supporting customers, and possess proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

I applied for the role and the HR person called me to discuss my details and set up the telephonic round. Then, the manager of the QA department called and asked basic manual testing questions for about 20 minutes. After that, HR called again to confirm the next technical round with a panel of three who asked in-depth questions about manual and automation testing, specifically QTP, and also about coding and SQL skills. A week later, I had a second technical round with similar questions, and both technical rounds took about an hour each. It was a good experience and I learned a lot. I'm waiting for the final call now.
