I went through 3 rounds of interviews for a Sr. Java Developer position. The first two were technical rounds, and the last one was an HR round. The initial round focused on projects, Java, microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, MySQL queries, and multi-threading. It lasted about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was rejected after this first round, even though I felt I answered all the questions correctly. I think I need to work on my interview process.

So I had an interview with TSYS. It started with a phone call, then I had two technical interviews which I passed. After that, there was an HR discussion, and they even asked for my documents to prepare an offer letter. However, they never sent the offer, made me wait for weeks, and then they filled the position with someone else. They didn't even bother to let me know. It was super unprofessional, especially for a company of their size.

The process was smooth and easy. There was an online written test followed by two in-person technical rounds. The recruiters were really friendly and the company environment seemed good. The interviews lasted about half an hour each, and the online test was 30 minutes with basic MCQ questions.
