Had 2 interviews, first was a video screen and the second was a panel interview. The manager on the panel was pretty rude and asked stuff that had nothing to do with the job. The others on the panel were cool though and told me good stuff about the role.

HR called to schedule the interview and requested odd working hours. When I denied, they literally begged for scheduling discussion. When I agreed, they rescheduled it multiple times without discussion. Finally, after two discussions and positive feedback, we discussed salary. Then HR stopped answering calls. Salary was discussed upfront and I didn't ask for more than what was informed previously. Stay away from tsys, worst HR folks, especially HR Bharti.

Had a phone call where they asked me some general questions. Then I was invited for a 1-to-1 interview. I got an email with the details for the 1-1 interview. The 1-1 interview was very professional and lasted for an hour. The questions were standard. I thought this would be a good company to work for.
