The interview process at Tsys can be a bit unpredictable. Some interviewers don't seem very engaged and ask only a few questions, which makes it tough to really show what you can do. Even after confirming I could be heard, there wasn't much of a response. Overall, it felt like the process wasn't very interactive and didn't really dig deep to evaluate my skills.

The interview process was a breeze and incredibly quick, with an offer extended on the very same day. Despite being a bit tiring due to the number of rounds, it was definitely worth it. All the interviews (Technical, HR, and Managerial) were conducted consecutively on a single day.

Got a call from HR and they sent a test link. HR was responsive and I got invited for interviews on Saturday. It was supposed to be 3 interviews, 2 tech and 1 manager. Each was an elimination round. The first interview was easy, 45 mins, with basic Java, Selenium, BDD, APIs, and SQL questions. The second interviewer asked some tricky but not too hard questions. Both were nice. HR called saying I cleared the tech rounds and to prepare for the manager round. The manager asked basic questions like why I want to switch and about my roles. It went well and he said he wants to see me soon and that money is not an issue. I thought I would get the offer, but never heard back.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Questions about Java, BDD hooks and features, and API testing etc.
