Worst experience ever. I interviewed at TSYS in march 2019 and cleared all the rounds. After that HR gave me an email id to which i have to send the required documents. I sent it all and waited for there response. I dropped around 6-8 mails for their response and never received any revert from them. Atleast they could have imformed that the requirements are closed or they have hired some other candidates. But no, not even a single response from there side. Not expected from such a reputed company. After 2 months i received a call for interview! It means they maintain no record of the candidates who have cleared all the rounds

HR called me. They didn't really explain the process upfront. First was a written test, which was of average difficulty. The second stage involved finding bugs in a system test. Then I had my first technical interview where they asked really good questions. The fourth interview was the second technical one. During this interview, they mentioned the role was for a Test Engineer, not a Senior Test Engineer. Since I'm a Senior Test Engineer, I was confused. I spoke with HR, who apologized for not clarifying this earlier. I then told them I was looking for a Senior Test Engineer position. They said they would get back to me, but never did.

Behavioral Technical

It was a very hands-on and scenario-based interview. I began by introducing myself and detailing my experience with end-to-end testing. They asked about testing methodologies, and I talked about Agile-like practices. We also covered severity vs priority, creating test cases for login, and how I manage my daily task prioritization. The main focus was on real-world testing processes.
