I started with a written test, basically GCSE level math and logic stuff, which wasn't too hard. Then, a couple weeks later, I had to travel about four hours to Leeds for an interview. This interview had the usual questions like 'Why TPP?' and 'Why BA?', and then we talked about the company's work culture and my problem-solving approach. I chatted with a BA on the team, and it felt like a good conversation. He told me about the kinds of projects the role involves and how the teams are set up. I was asked to explain my master's project in simple terms and talk about my other experience. Even though it seemed to go okay, I got an email a few days later saying I didn't get the job. It's a bummer they don't give feedback because of company policy.

So the first interview was super quick, like 8 minutes, just chatting about my CV. I left, but got barely 15 minutes down the road when they called asking me to come back immediately because they'd forgotten to have me fill out a form. Then I had a second interview with two guys who were a bit intimidating, and they asked me some maths and logic questions.

I took an exam first, and they told me I passed it but didn't tell me my score. After that, I had an interview with a senior developer. They started by asking me about my background. Then, they asked me one question about finding the most efficient way to sort a group, and another question where I had to estimate a number in just 1 minute. The interviewer finished the interview quickly and didn't let me ask any questions.
