The interview involved a few logic questions and one personality question. It felt like there weren't any open positions. I answered both logic problems correctly, and then the interviewer ended the interview. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, despite me traveling 6 hours for it. It could have easily been a Zoom call. My travel was reimbursed with about £100 cash. It was a strange experience overall. I didn't receive any information about rejection after following up. Maybe I left fingerprints on the glass!

First, I spoke with an HR assistant who handled my travel expenses. Then, I was given a 25-minute timed test with 16 questions, starting with basic math and algebra and moving to more challenging logical problems that required significant thought. Even with my math background, it was difficult, and I didn't finish. After a short break, I met with two interviewers, one a Graduate Analyst and the other an app developer. They asked about my CV and degree, then about the company, followed by a logical puzzle and an estimation question. These questions were similar to others mentioned online. I was told to wait for potential further questions, but an interviewer then informed me that the process was complete and I could leave.

I had an online interview first, then they invited me for a face-to-face at the office. Most of the questions were about competencies, like asking for examples of when I used my organizational skills or had to explain something clearly. There was also a logic problem where I had to explain my thinking as I went, using a whiteboard if I wanted. I felt it went well, but they mentioned they'd consider a few things (like screening and experience) before the final interview. I ended up getting a rejection email. The whole process was pretty straightforward and everyone was nice.
