The interview process was pretty standard. They made candidates come down to Leeds for a paper-based test. After waiting for about an hour, you'd find out if you passed or failed. No score or feedback was given.
- Numerical reasoning questions on paper
- Verbal reasoning questions on paper

On the day, you will have to do a short maths test which is quite simple. Then interview with two software developers and straight after that, the second one with the directors if you pass the first interview. The director's interview is bad. No structure, they are smiley, all saying you are doing well. After that you will just get rejected. Very good at giving false hope. Final advice, if you don't get the offer right after the director's interview, you are done for. Just delete their name on your list.
- Could you please explain your final year project in a way that I can understand?

So there were two interviews total. The first one was an initial interview, pretty easy. They gave me a math test to do beforehand. If I passed that, I moved on to the next one, which was with the managers. In the first interview, there were two employees. They asked me some questions based on my CV and then had me solve a probability problem on a whiteboard. They also asked me to estimate how many swimming pools are in the UK.
- Probability question with marbles.
- Estimate the number of swimming pools in the UK.
