I took an exam first, and they told me I passed it but didn't tell me my score. After that, I had an interview with a senior developer. They started by asking me about my background. Then, they asked me one question about finding the most efficient way to sort a group, and another question where I had to estimate a number in just 1 minute. The interviewer finished the interview quickly and didn't let me ask any questions.

I took a quantitative reasoning test at an assessment centre. It was a 1-hour test and we had to answer in silence. They emailed later to let me know if I got to the next round. I didn't get any feedback after being rejected.

I started with an aptitude test taken in an exam hall locally. After passing that, I was invited for an in-person interview in Leeds. During the interview, they asked about my academic background, requested I explain my research in simple terms, and presented me with some estimation and logic puzzles. Interestingly, I wasn't given a chance to ask any questions at the end.
