It's so-so, you need to know yourself in and out. Online interviews, the process was quite late, taking over 3 months, and you need to show that you're interested by following up for quite some time. It has a very warm and supportive environment with colleagues.

First, I met them at a career fair. Then, I had one 30-minute behavioral interview. After that, I had a 2-hour field day. I'm still in the process, but both interviews were heavily behavioral. The field day is a good time to show interest and passion and learn about the day-to-day of the job.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process starts with a phone screen and then an online interview to see if your profile fits the role. The recruiter does a competency-based interview. The Hiring Manager's interview is more technical, less competency-based, and feels like it depends on whether they like you rather than your skills. There's no follow-up, and they ghost you.

I interviewed in early November. The interview went exceptionally well, but I was ghosted afterward. The recruiter mentioned a big overhaul of the IT department, with some high-profile executives being added. This was concerning, especially with the company's financial struggles. The ghosting is mentioned in other reviews too, along with layoffs, so beware of Hershey.
