Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Hershey Company.
Analyst
The interview with the hiring manager lasted about 40 minutes. It was a pleasant and smooth process. There were approximately 5-6 questions, mostly behavioral.
- Can you share an instance where you persuaded someone and the outcome?
- Have you worked with SAP and Power BI?
Analyst
It was very good and interesting, everyone was very friendly and the staff was attentive to my process until I was recruited. Good place to work, 100% recommended, though the salary isn't competitive.
- What was your previous work experience in your last role?
Analyst
The HR interview was great, a simple interview to understand my professional situation and questions like 'why do you want to leave your current company'. Then I was called for another interview with the manager, who didn't like me as soon as they saw me. But the interview was okay.
- What is your motivation for leaving your present employer?
