After applying online, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. It was about 20 mins long and covered my experience and some "what would you do" scenarios. They said my chances were good, but then I never heard back.

They had a quick yes and no questionnaire first, then you moved onto the next interview. A screener person was used before you could talk to the actual hiring person. Basically, they checked if you met all the requirements on your resume to speak with a human.
