The Hershey Company Supply Chain Analyst Interview Questions
& Process

I had a phone interview first, then got a callback two weeks later for a second in person interview. I met with 3 people: first the Senior manager, then two others in the position. Each interview was about 45mins. After not hearing back for weeks, I had a third interview with the director of Supply Chain, which also took about 45mins. They said I'd hear back within a week, but I never did, and my follow-up email also got no response. Then, 3 months later, I received a very generic rejection email.

The interview process caught me off guard because they were interviewing me for two positions at once. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, although I think I may have inadvertently insulted one of the interviewers by asserting that one position was of a lower pay grade or responsibility level. I was hoping they would be open to remote work given the global pandemic, but they seemed pretty adamant about relocating.

I had 3 meetings, each lasting an hour. The first two were with Demand Planning Managers and the last one was with the Director. They asked me about business scenarios, like 'tell me about a time when...'. They wanted to hear about the situation, what I did, and what happened as a result.
