Claims Specialist
The interview was pretty easy and the people were nice. They asked clear questions and were helpful. We had practical talks and got feedback fast. It all went smoothly, felt fair and was easy from the beginning to the end today.
- Can you share your previous work experience?
- What skills do you possess that align with this role?
- Describe your experience in the specific job being offered.
Content Moderator
The interview process can be frustrating, with slow responses from talent acquisition unless they require documents from you. Expect vague emails late on Fridays that won't be clarified until Monday, likely requiring follow-up. Communication is typically one-way, with an expectation of immediate action and no questions. Transparency is limited, and information is often withheld. For salary negotiations, you'll need to provide past payslips, and your value will be determined by their assessment based on that.

Digital Marketing Consultant
The interview process includes a phone screening, an HR interview, and a final interview. The HR interview serves as a practice for the final interview. There are 3 parts in total. First, you'll need to interview yourself, followed by some behavioral questions, questions about product knowledge, and a roleplay exercise. For the roleplay, you'll be given a link to read and understand for 5-10 minutes before starting, where you'll act as customer service to resolve a problem.
- Please introduce yourself and tell us about your background.
- Why are you interested in working for TDCX?
- Can you tell us about your knowledge of our products?
Community Operations Specialist
The interview process was fast. The HR person was great, but the interviewer was not. There was a misunderstanding at the start. The interviewer didn't turn on their camera, so I thought no one was there and stayed silent. It turned out the interviewer saw me late and thought I was late for the meeting, when I was actually on time. Then, the interviewer kept emphasizing the differences between BPO and in-house moderators (I was an in-house moderator), as if I wouldn't be able to handle the job. I get that it's a reality check, but the interviewer seemed really hostile towards in-house moderators. They also doubted my reasons for applying to TDCX. The interviewer asked some "too personal" questions, like my views on working with LGBTQ+ colleagues and colleagues from different countries with "negative stereotypes." I accepted the offer because they met my salary expectations and the interviewer isn't my direct manager (thank goodness).
- What would you do if you were unexpectedly moved to a different project?
- How do you feel about working with an LGBTQ+ colleague in a country that is supportive of LGBTQ+ rights?
- What are your opinions on working with individuals from Myanmar, Brunei, and India?
