Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TDCX.
Quality Assurance
Me contactaron sobre una aplicación de Diciembre en Abril. Tuve una llamada rápida con RRHH y me dijeron que me iban a enviar un assessment. Aún no he recibido nada, ni un email diciendo que no sigo.
- What was your salary range?
- What would you contribute to the quality team?
- How do you keep your education up to date?
Quality Assurance Analyst
The process was transparent and smooth, with timely updates on the next steps. I enjoyed each stage and appreciated the opportunities for questions and open communication. They were responsive via email and phone.
- Interviews were conducted at both the company and client levels, involving case studies and presentations.
QA Lead
It was a 3-round interview process. First, a phone call screening with HR, then an interview with a line-manager, and finally a business case where I had to analyze QA metrics and present the outcomes to the client.
- Do you know about QA metrics?
