First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TDCX.
Digital Marketing Consultant
The interview process includes a phone screening, an HR interview, and a final interview. The HR interview serves as a practice for the final interview. There are 3 parts in total. First, you'll need to interview yourself, followed by some behavioral questions, questions about product knowledge, and a roleplay exercise. For the roleplay, you'll be given a link to read and understand for 5-10 minutes before starting, where you'll act as customer service to resolve a problem.
- Please introduce yourself and tell us about your background.
- Why are you interested in working for TDCX?
- Can you tell us about your knowledge of our products?
Digital Marketing Consultant
The interview process was pretty smooth, not a bad experience at all. The questions weren't too tough, but you really need to study the task they give you. If you're not super nervous, you should do well.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your strengths and abilities?
- What is your career goal?
Digital Marketing Consultant
So for the interview process, first you might get a written test to check your language skills. If you pass that, there's a phone interview where you talk about your experience. The last part is a video interview, which is mostly case questions. They'll send you marketing materials before the video interview so you can study them.
- What makes you want this job?
- Can you answer some case questions relevant to this role?
- We'll send you some marketing stuff beforehand; be ready for questions about it.
