Recruiter reached out and I was asked to complete a form and an assessment. After the assessment, the recruiter responded quickly. There was a slight issue negotiating the payout, but overall it was a good experience.

It was a really good interview, never felt like it was an interview. That moment interviewer asked an open-question so please prepare some information related the position you applied to. Basic special knowledge and management skill would be great suggestion.

This TDCX role requires really GOOD communication skills because of their business. If you pause a lot when you talk, you should probably not apply. The whole thing took about a week and a half. The recruiter was helpful and guided me through it all. He asked standard questions and set things up. I was so close, but I messed up at the interview stage because my communication skills weren't strong enough and I had too many pauses when I was talking. Overall, I've done a lot of these tests and had fun with the interesting questions.
