Customer Service Specialist
I had two years of experience in the customer service industry and two years as a content moderator. The interviewer focused on topics unrelated to the job, constantly comparing my customer service and content moderator roles. They seemed concerned about me returning to customer service after dedicating equal time to both fields. The entire interview was about comparisons, with no discussion of the actual job responsibilities. Additionally, personal questions like 'are you married' and 'do you plan to have kids anytime soon' were asked, which I felt were unnecessary even though I understood the intent.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
