Digital Marketing Specialist
The interview process started with a phone interview with a Headhunter company. Following that, there was a video call interview with HR, and the very next day, I interviewed with the hiring manager. The entire process moved quite quickly, and I received an offer within a month. They mentioned they would cover flight tickets to Malaysia and the first month's accommodation for candidates from outside Malaysia.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your reasons for wanting to work in Malaysia?
Digital Marketing Specialist
We might have interviews in different languages depending on the market you're targeting, so expect one in your native language and another in English. Typically, there are three parts: first, a chat in your mother tongue, then an English interview, and finally a role-play exercise. The first two interviews are pretty straightforward with general questions, but the last part involves a role play where you're given some background info and have about 15 minutes to perform.
- You will engage in a role-play scenario where you need to sell any product or service of your choice to the interviewer.
Digital Marketing Specialist
For the Google Ads (Google Project) role, you need to have basic knowledge of what Google Ads is. The interview can be tough if you haven't studied. It began with a basic introduction and then went into product knowledge.
- Do you know the difference between Google Ads and Google Adsense?
- What kind of campaigns do they have?
- What is invalid clicks?
