Data Analyst
So, the interview process was pretty standard and professional. First, there was an initial HR screening call where we talked about my background, experience, and if I was a good fit for the role. After that, I had a technical interview with the hiring team. We discussed SQL, my data analysis experience, and how I approach working with stakeholders. They were clear and respectful throughout, and the interviewers seemed well-prepared.
- Walk me through a data analysis project you completed from start to finish, covering data collection, ensuring its accuracy, and how you presented your findings to people who aren't technical.
Business Executive Manager
The interview process included an initial self-introduction, a discussion about your previous working experience, and a quiz on current news and industry information. It also covered your determination and motivation, strengths and weaknesses, and experience in relationship management. This was followed by a first interview, a second interview, and a final board interview. There were also written tasks and a SWOT analysis.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your previous working experience.
- What is your take on current news and industry information?
Intern
It was a 45-minute 1-on-1 interview over TEAMS, conducted in French, with an assessment of English fluency. It felt pretty laid-back. They asked some behavioral questions, like 'tell me about yourself' or 'what would you do in xyz situation', and a few technical ones, for instance, 'imagine a worker wants to return to work, the boss is fine with it, but the doctor isn't, what's your move?'.
- Imagine a worker injured himself, his insurance only covers one month of bed rest. The doctor recommends a 3-month care plan not covered by insurance. How would you discuss this with the doctor and the worker?
- Consider this scenario: A worker hurt himself and his insurance plan only covers for 1 month of bedrest. After consultation with the doctor, the doctor gives him a 3-month long plan of care that is not covered by his insurance, how would you approach this subject with the doctor and the worker?
Administrator
I appreciated the opportunity, but felt parts of the interview could have been better. The interviewer kept cutting me off while I was answering, which messed up my flow and made it hard to get my thoughts out. They also took a call in the middle of our chat, which took away from our conversation. They asked me the same question about my family twice, which made me wonder about bias and feel uneasy. The interview also concentrated too much on just one part of the job, ignoring other important duties and skills needed for the role.
- Can you tell me about your administrative experience?
- How do you handle pressure at work?
