Executive Assistant
The interviewer didn't show up for the interview. I waited 15 minutes on the call. Then I called the interviewer to ask if she was still joining. She answered and said she would join. She seemed uninterested in conducting the interview and made me feel uncomfortable.
- What were your reasons for leaving past positions?
Administrative Assistant
There were two stages to the interview. The first was online and had general questions to get to know you, like what you do in your free time, what you like, and about your last job. Then, there was an in-person interview with more experience-based questions, but they weren't too difficult. The environment was nice.
- What are your expectations from the company, and why did you choose to apply for this specific position?
Executive Assistant
It was a long process with 3 interviews over a good amount of time. Lots of abstract questions, but overall a very nice and friendly conversation. The questions were easy, competency based, and situational. It included a telephone screen and then two video interviews, one with an executive and another with the team.
- Could you please tell me a bit about yourself?
- What drives you?
