I had 2 interviews. First was with an HR rep, and the second one had 2 hiring managers. They asked easy behavioral and experience-based questions. The people were nice and helpful, but the pay doesn't seem to be industry standard.

Talked to the recruiter and they said I was a great candidate and they'd make a quick decision. It took two weeks to hear back, so I followed up and then got scheduled. The interview seemed to go well, and then I didn't hear anything. When I followed up again, I immediately got rejected. I was qualified and the questions went well, so I'm not sure why. The questions weren't STAR format, more casual like walking through my resume. The hiring process didn't seem organized and I felt a bit led on.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online on June 9th. Got a request for a phone interview the same day. Had the phone interview on June 13th. Then had a Zoom interview with two senior managers on June 20th. The Zoom interview consisted of questions about my experience and some behavioral questions. After the interview, they mentioned there were a few more interviews and I'd hear back by the end of the week. I never heard back, so I emailed the coordinator twice, but got no response. A month later, I received an automated message saying I didn't get the job. This felt unprofessional; they should have responded to my emails instead of sending an automated rejection a month later.
