Behavioral Technical

It was a 45-minute 1-on-1 interview over TEAMS, conducted in French, with an assessment of English fluency. It felt pretty laid-back. They asked some behavioral questions, like 'tell me about yourself' or 'what would you do in xyz situation', and a few technical ones, for instance, 'imagine a worker wants to return to work, the boss is fine with it, but the doctor isn't, what's your move?'.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Imagine a worker injured himself, his insurance only covers one month of bed rest. The doctor recommends a 3-month care plan not covered by insurance. How would you discuss this with the doctor and the worker?
  • Consider this scenario: A worker hurt himself and his insurance plan only covers for 1 month of bedrest. After consultation with the doctor, the doctor gives him a 3-month long plan of care that is not covered by his insurance, how would you approach this subject with the doctor and the worker?

Technical Behavioral

The interview process included two assignments done in Excel before the actual interview. The interview itself had a mix of questions, some easy and some tough, with a good number of technical ones. The interviewers were really nice and happy to answer any questions I had. It was a valuable and positive experience interviewing with Sun Life overall.

Behavioral

It was a completely behavioral interview with a lot of questions about my leadership style, work ethic, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers didn't seem very into it. They asked a lot of questions, it felt like too many.
