This role involves a lot of communication, both written and spoken. You'll be working closely with Private Fixed Income Accounting, Treasury Operations, and Portfolio Management. We're looking for someone who's good at working with others and building relationships, both inside and outside the company, and has a service-first attitude. Being committed to making things better is also important, as part of our Brighter Way approach.

The interview process had 6 rounds: personal interactions, technical discussions, and online assessments. The Recruitment professional was very helpful and patient in answering all queries during the interview process. She handled the entire process seamlessly in the virtual environment and was a great support.

It was a long interview process with a disorganized HR department, which showed a lack of communication between HR and Hiring managers. Managers asked basic, easy questions, not overly difficult. Not all parties were available, so the interview had to go over 2 days. Interviewers seemed unprepared and underqualified, asking beginner-level questions for a company of this size.
