Behavioral Technical

It was a long interview process with a disorganized HR department, which showed a lack of communication between HR and Hiring managers. Managers asked basic, easy questions, not overly difficult. Not all parties were available, so the interview had to go over 2 days. Interviewers seemed unprepared and underqualified, asking beginner-level questions for a company of this size.
