I had a screening call, followed by 3 rounds of interviews with senior management. It was pretty standard q&as about my work experience. Overall, the interview process was generally easy and pleasant. Make sure to be ready with questions for them at the end of the interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process began with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next, there was a panel interview with the team, and finally, a concluding interview with the AVP. The conversations were enjoyable, and everyone was very welcoming and warm. Although they ultimately chose another candidate for this highly competitive position, I gained valuable insights and appreciated the consistent communication from both the hiring team and the recruiter throughout the process. I never had to wait more than a week for updates, and their final rejection email was warm and professional.

Behavioral Case

An in-house recruiter contacted me about the role. I had an initial interview with HR that went well. A couple of weeks later, the recruiter contacted me again to say they wanted to schedule a panel interview and asked me to write a case study. I spent a few hours working on the case study and submitted it within the 2-day deadline. After that, I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. Then I got another email saying someone would contact me to schedule the interview, but then nothing. Another week later, they told me they were going with another candidate. I guess I dodged a bullet because their hiring process was so disjointed.
