First there was a phone screening which was pretty short and the person was very nice. Then I had a panel interview over Teams, in a round robin style. That was about an hour. The second interview was in person at the facility and was considerably shorter than the panel interview. The in-person one was more like a meet and greet where each person you met had just a couple of questions.

Behavioral Technical

First they look at your resume to see if you match the job. Then, a recruiter or hiring manager will do a quick phone or video call to talk about your experience and see if you're a basic fit. After that, an HR interview will check out your personality, soft skills, and if you'd fit into Sodexo's culture. For technical roles like this one, you'll have a technical interview where they ask about your skills, experience, and how you solve problems. Finally, some jobs might have one last interview with a manager or a group of people.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you introduce yourself and explain how you would be a good fit for this role?
