First, there was a quick phone screen, then one or two in-person or virtual interviews with important team members. They asked direct questions about your skills and experience. The vibe was chill and welcoming, and they kept communication clear and on time.

Behavioral Technical

So first, I had a phone interview that lasted about 40 mins with my potential future manager and two other people who would be my colleagues. It was a mix of behavioral and job-specific questions. Some questions were a bit tricky because they had multiple parts, and you had to make sure you covered everything without rambling. Then, I had another interview, this one with my potential manager's boss, which was around 30 minutes. This one had some behavioral questions too, but it was mostly about my actual skills and how I'd perform on the job.

It was pretty fast. Applied online, then got an email 2 weeks later for an in-person interview. The interviewer was new to his role and totally unprepared. He used generic retail interview questions from a print-off. He didn't ask me anything about Marketing, my management style, or my experience, which would have been more relevant. The job listing wasn't even accurate to the interview. He was distracted, texting people, and mentioned he was the only one left in the department because everyone else graduated or quit. He said someone would let me know about the job by the end of the week. It's been over 3 weeks, and still nothing. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
