First, you'll have a phone chat with a manager or supervisor. If that goes well, you'll move on to a one-on-one with the hiring manager. If they like you after that interview, you'll get an offer.

There were 3 screening interviews by phone, and I was given a timeline to move forward, and then NOTHING! The hiring manager wouldn't even return a phone call and I still haven't been notified that the position is filled. The competency screener sounded like a robot, which was very unsettling. I don't like being left hanging. If you get into this process with Sodexo, stay calm during the screenings and carefully think through your answers. The competency screening is horrible.

Behavioral Technical

It's a 3 step process. First a recruiter screens you, then you have a phone interview with the district manager, and finally a client interview. The recruiter checks for basic experience. The phone interview is about 45 minutes and includes behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time'. The client interview is less predictable because every client is different. Knowing the company's mission, vision, and values is really helpful.

  • Can you describe a situation where you had to get approval for a budget you designed? What data did you use to support it?
