After you apply, the ICMS portal is pretty straightforward. You'll get system notifications about whether you're moving on to the phone screen or if you didn't get the role. The initial phone screen usually lasts about 15-30 minutes, depending on the specific job. Most of the interviews are panel-style, with around 3 people. They'll ask you about 5-8 behavioral questions, going around the group. Don't worry if they're taking notes during and after you answer. If they pick you, you'll get a call with an offer, otherwise, you'll get a call or email letting you know you didn't get the job.
