The person interviewing me had a checklist. They went over the position description, compensation, hours and basics. Then asked me to go over my experience. Asked me one strength/weakness. Asked me if I knew how to use the formulas on Excel. Then asked me why I wanted to work there.

The main interview was a panel format, lasting about an hour with open-ended questions. Following the interview, a background check was required, after which they would extend an offer.
