initial recruiter screening by a firm, followed by an HR chat about how you fit with the company culture and the role in general. Then, a chat with the hiring manager for more details on the job and some hypothetical scenarios. After that, you'll meet with future colleagues to see how you'd collaborate. Finally, a contract offer.

I interviewed for Sodexo Lisboa via Hays PT, but haven't heard back, which isn't shocking. The interview felt a bit odd, basically asking me to orally go through my CV. They also asked about my reasons for leaving past jobs, one by one. It was also a 'blind' interview, where the company name was only revealed during the chat. Unfortunately, they barely touched on required programs, software, or future perspectives for the role, mostly just sticking to the CV discussion.
