So, this interview had a few parts, starting with a basic screening and then some more interviews with the managers. They wanted to know about my background, what I'm good at, and how I'd deal with different stuff at work. It felt pretty serious because they have big expectations for people starting there. It would have been nice if they'd communicated a bit better, like giving more details about the job and what kind of training you'd get, so you could prep more.

We started with a phone interview, and then there were two more rounds, some virtual and some in person. The interviews included behavioral questions and questions about my experience related to the job description, and some scenarios. The first round was with HR and the manager, and the second round was with stakeholders/management, focusing on my experience.

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a team interview with the Manager and the current staff member. The recruiter mentioned that candidates who don't make it to the next stage are not contacted, meaning they 'ghost' you. After the second interview, I didn't hear back, even after emailing the Head of Digital Manager twice. This lack of communication was disappointing for such a large organization like Shell.
