Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

First, you answer some questions about situations that best describe you, and also some questions about working at the company. Then, you have an on-demand interview where you're given 3 questions, and you have 2 minutes to answer each of them. This part was chill, especially because you can re-record as many times as you want. The second part is a case study, which is quite tough. I recommend spending a lot of time on it.

Behavioral Other

It was just 3 hirevue questions. You have plenty of time to formulate an answer before responding. After answering, you can retake the recording if you are not happy with your response as many times (however I'm sure there is a point system that checks how many retakes)

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell us why you are interested in working at shell.
  • Describe a situation where you incorporated feedback to improve your performance.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process involved scenario-based questions. These included questions about conflicts in the workplace and how you would react to getting extra work. Then, there was a self-assessment part using a disagree or agree system, with questions like whether you prefer a quiet or chaotic work environment. It concluded with a Hirvue.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an instance when you debated with someone holding a different viewpoint?
  • What's your approach when faced with additional responsibilities?
  • Would you rather work in a calm or a busy setting?
